Monthly recurring payments are made by credit card and require your authorization. We use Wave or PayPal, and you'll receive the authorization request for this service. Canadian clients are invoiced in Canadian dollars.
Each payment is billed in advance for the month ahead. The first month is due at signing; payments then recur on the same day each month until you cancel. Monthly hours are allocated per month and don't roll over. Some plans include a 3-month minimum initial term and can be cancelled any time after that.

Each plan includes support for content updates, design tweaks, troubleshooting, SEO help, and plugin or Squarespace feature checks.

Any time spent on updates, development, SEO tasks, consulting, or communication related to support counts toward your included hours. Quick questions under 5 minutes are not tracked

Time is logged in 15-minute increments. For Prepaid Packs and Retainers, a usage report is provided monthly or upon request.

Prepaid hour packs never expire. Monthly plans (Basic, Standard) and Retainer hours do not roll over.

Extra time is billed at $75/hour. You'll be notified before any overages are incurred.

Yes, plans are flexible.
Cancel: Basic can be cancelled any time. Standard and retainer plans have a 3-month minimum, then cancel any time after that.
Change: You can upgrade any time, and the new rate applies from that month. Downgrades or switches take effect at your next billing date (or once you're past the 3-month minimum, if you're still in it).
