Background
When Felicity Reed approached me, her existing website, longcovidmecfsrecovery.com, was outdated and cluttered, making it hard for users to find relevant information. The site suffered from poor readability due to dense text blocks, inconsistent fonts, and lack of white space. Navigation was confusing, and the overall structure did not effectively guide visitors through the content. Worse yet, the site wasn’t mobile-friendly, meaning visitors on phones and tablets had an even harder time engaging with the material.
Challenge
Felicity needed a complete redesign, both visually and structurally. The goal was to create a more user-friendly site, streamline her messaging, and integrate lead generation features. Additionally, her existing photography wasn’t fully utilized, and there was a need for a clear way to drive potential clients to book calls. Finally, she needed a fresh logo and consistent brand colors.
Solution
We moved Felicity’s site to Squarespace for a cleaner, more modern design. The content was completely restructured to simplify the user experience, ensuring visitors could easily find essential information about her coaching services. We incorporated her own photography to give the site a personal touch and built a lead magnet: users can now sign up and access an exclusive video page, boosting engagement.
The new site features a contact form and a Book a Free Call page integrated with Calendly, making it easy for potential clients to schedule consultations. Additionally, we created a new logo, established brand colors, and included an FAQ section to address common concerns. All of this was accomplished while keeping the site streamlined as a single-page format.
