Background
Melody, an existing client and board member of the newly designated Trinity St. James Chapel, reached out to revamp the church's online presence. After transitioning from a full church to a chapel, the organization needed a modern website to promote the venue for rentals, provide historical information, and support ongoing services. The new site also had to feature rental rates, a request form, an events calendar, and a donations page to help them connect with the local community..
Challenge
The challenge was to create a clean and user-friendly website that could serve multiple purposes: showcasing the venue (both the hall and the chapel) for rentals, sharing the church’s rich history, and facilitating event scheduling. They also needed clear information on rental rates and terms and an easy way for visitors to submit rental requests. Additionally, we had to integrate an events calendar and a donations platform to support their activities.

We designed a modern, easy-to-navigate website on Squarespace that highlighted the beauty and functionality of Trinity St. James Hall & Chapel as a venue. We included detailed sections on both the hall and chapel, their history, and the services offered. To streamline the rental process, we added clear rental rates and terms, along with a request form for easy bookings. An integrated events calendar helps visitors stay updated on upcoming services and events, while the donation page enables community support.
